For the face: It works as a light toner that refreshes and gently purifies, helps calm the appearance of temporary redness and leaves sensitive, combination or oily skin feeling comfortable without an oily finish
For the scalp: It helps cleanse and soothe while providing welcome freshness when the scalp feels warm or oil begins to build around the roots
