Herb Seasoned Salt for Fish

This coarse seasoned salt is blended specifically for fish, bringing citrus, herbs and garlic into one balanced seasoning. Dried lemon adds a bright citrus note, sweet pepper lends colour, while oregano and coriander complete the flavour. With the seasonings already combined, there is no need to measure each one separately every time you prepare fish. Combine it with olive oil and fresh lemon juice for sardines, anchovies, sea bream, hake or prawns. Rub it inside and over a whole fish before baking, or season fillets on both sides before grilling or pan-frying. It also suits calamari, fish skewers and fish tagines prepared with tomatoes, peppers or potatoes. Use it in place of ordinary salt, then taste the dish before making any adjustment. Its coarse texture spreads evenly and holds well on the surface of the fish.
